As a researcher of politics and policy, James provides strategic insight, technical guidance, and process improvement to help strengthen the organization’s operational foundation and long-term growth.

Education & Experience

James studied Public Administration at Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey), where he developed a strong foundation in organizational systems and public service. Building on his early experience in computers and electronics, he pursued a career in Information Technology and Network Engineering, working with several major firms before joining Siemens Business Services, where he spent a decade refining his technical and managerial expertise.

Following the economic shifts after 9/11, James transitioned from the corporate sector to entrepreneurship—founding Peeples Choice Consulting, a technology consulting firm that continues to serve a loyal client base today. In addition, he became Vice President of Field Operations for Allied Federal Electric Corporation, where he continues to play an active leadership role today.

James first met David Shrank in the mid-2000s. Their shared passion for community improvement, nonprofit work, and social impact led to a lasting partnership. Together, they explored opportunities in mental health, social justice, and personal development, often engaging in late-night discussions about how to reduce violence, prevent bullying, and promote mental health as the cornerstone of a stronger society.
